Fit, Feel & Performance

Each product page has a size chart with dimensions of the item. Our polos and shirts have a standard cut and are designed to look great untucked. If you are between sizes, we recommend you size down if you prefer a slimmer fit or size up if you prefer a looser fit and longer length shirt. Don't stress if you get the wrong size, we offer 30-day "Hassle Free" Exchanges. 

Our printed polos use a polyester/spandex blend which is our highest performing fabric. These polos feel soft, stretch when they need to, wick away moisture and have +50 UV Protection.

Our classic polos use a polyester, cotton and elastane tri-blend fabric which marries cotton’s soft feel, polyester’s refined look and easy care and elastane’s stretch to give you a classic looking polo that performs.

Our t-shirts are made of 100% cottton and are extremely soft and comfortable.

Our Classic and X Bones Hoodies are made of polyester, cottton and rayon tri-blend fabric. They are extremely comfortable and provide the perfect amount of warmth.

Our Lightweight Terry Hoodies are made of a French terry blend with polyester, rayon and spandex. These are perfect when trying to combat a light chill.

Currently all of our hats are adjustable "snap backs" and are "one size fits most." That said, if you're hat doesn't fit as you prefer, we offer "Hassle free" returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your product. See our Returns & Exchanges for more details.

Returns

We offer "Hassle free" returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date you received it. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them. Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally process refunds within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@hooliegolf.com.

To make a change to your order please email support@hooliegolf.com. We won't be able to modify orders that have shipped; in that case, you will need to initiate a return or exchange or place a new order.

Shipping

Orders are processed in the order we receive them but usually ship within 24hrs (When placed Monday through Friday). A shipping estimate will be provided during checkout and you will receive an email with a tracking link after your order has shipped.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact us at support@hooliegolf.com and we can assist you with the next steps.

Chances of receiving damaged items are very rare but in the case this happens to you, please email support@hooliegolf.com and we will guide you through the steps for exchanging your item. 

Payments

We accept most means of electronic payment including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Shop Pay. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Miscellaneous

Hoolie is an old country golf term that means to be very windy, as in "to blow a hoolie" and a Hoolie tool is a forcible entry tool used by military and law enforcement breach teams. Hoolie is also slang for "Hooligan" and a hard-core golfer with a penchant for kicking ass.
