Domestic U.S. Orders

We offer free USPS retail ground shipping for all domestic US orders over $125.00 USD. For all other domestic orders, the following shipping options are available (delivery estimates below):

- USPS Select Parcel Ground - Delivery in 2-10 business days

- UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivery in 2 business days

- UPS Next Day Air - Next day delivery (if order is placed by cut-off time*)

*Cut off time for processing is 12pm Pacific Time. Please note that overnight orders placed on Friday will be shipped out on Monday as we do not fulfill orders on the weekend. If you need your order by the weekend, please place your order before 12pm Pacific Time on Thursday and select Next Day Air shipping.

International Orders

We deliver to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom.

International orders will ship via UPS Worldwide - Delivery in 2-10 business days.

Please note that shipping rates do not include import taxes, customs duties, and/or additional fees levied by the destination country. Hoolie has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. All additional charges must be fulfilled by the recipient; Hoolie is not responsible for duties and taxes required to import goods. 

Hoolie SafeShip Protection

What is Hoolie SafeShip Protection?
Hoolie SafeShip Protection is an optional shipping protection add-on you can include at checkout for a small flat fee (currently $2.95). It covers your order in the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package during transit. We manage all SafeShip cases directly — no third-party insurers, no red tape. Just real support from the Hoolie team.

What’s Covered:

  • Lost packages: No delivery or tracking update within 10 days of ship date
  • Stolen packages: Tracking shows “Delivered” but the item is missing (photo or proof may be required)
  • Damaged items: Items that arrive broken or significantly damaged (photo evidence required)

What’s Not Covered:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or labor disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
  • Packages returned to sender
  • Orders where SafeShip Protection was not selected during checkout

SafeShip Redemption Window
All SafeShip cases must be submitted within 15 days of the marked delivery date. If tracking shows no updates or delivery confirmation, cases must be submitted within 30 days of the original ship date.

SafeShip Cases
Once your SafeShip case is received, our team will review the details within 2–3 business days. If the case meets the coverage criteria, we’ll either:

  • Ship a replacement item (if in stock), or
  • Issue store credit or a refund (if the original item is no longer available)

Important Notes:
Hoolie SafeShip Protection is completely optional and can be removed from your cart at checkout. Hoolie is not an insurance provider and does not offer insurance coverage. SafeShip is a customer support program funded and managed directly by Hoolie to ensure you're covered when issues arise.

California Disclosure:
As a California-based company, Hoolie complies with all applicable state laws. SafeShip Protection is not an insurance product and is not underwritten by an insurance carrier. This service is offered as a voluntary resolution program to support our customers in the rare event of shipping-related issues.
